Evolution's Fatal Flaw
» Monday 03/2/20

Scripture Worth Noting:

Forever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all are thy servants. Psalm 119:89-91 [Emphasis mine.]

Evolution’s Fatal Flaw:

Bible believers begin with the assumption of an unchanging creator God, who administers the changing creation of heaven and earth perpetually.* God asserts His dominion through ordinances. The notion that there are immutable laws of nature is not found in the Bible. God governs through ordinances. These ordinances are not in lockstep and are under the full and interactive control of our Lord Jesus Christ who carries the creation forward. These ordinances have been observable from the very first days of creation, and God has made numerous promises concerning His execution of them. For example, while the earth remains, there will always be seasons and it will not be flooded universally again. Nevertheless, God, in the person of Christ, governs creation through ordinances in accordance with His plan and will, and He does so on all scales from nano to micro to macro!

Evolution, on the other hand, begins with the single assumption that there is an inherent constant in the creation and all of heaven and earth move forward in lockstep (uniformitarianism). This puts the evolutionist on the horns of multiple dilemmas when it comes to any process which extrapolates from history or into the future. A careful observer will note that virtually any time evolution speaks on cosmology, there is a convolution of dating claims, often observable within the same TV documentary. In short, nothing interfaces. The latest scheme has been to try to extrapolate earlier dates through DNA. Careful observers will notice, however, that these wild calculations, supposedly based on DNA, are really anchored in dating techniques that have long since been debunked.

Do not be intimidated or bullied by the well-meaning but self-contradicting evolutionary zealot!

*We do not believe, as Aquinas did, that God has imbued some aspect of immutability into His creation!
